Payment

You may call us at 941-923-2569 and order over the phone. A deposit of one-half of the order total is required when ordering over the phone, the remaining balance would then be due before we ship your order.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us within 24 hours of order date. Special orders which are built to your specifications cannot be cancelled. It is important to double-check your sizing and colors before ordering. Samples of leather colors are often available if you are unsure of colors before ordering.

Sales Tax

Florida residents must pay appropriate sales tax. We currently ship to all 48 states outside of Florida within the Continental United States; however, we cannot control individual state or municipal taxing authority which may be subject to change.

Delivery Times

Almost all styles and colors are available from our Stressless® Ekornes distribution center and are therefore often available for delivery in as little as 2-3 weeks.

Special ordered Stressless® products which are made for you in Norway will typically take 12-16 weeks to arrive.

All delivery times are subject to change without notice. We do have some stock available for immediate delivery.

Damages

It is your responsibility to inspect the contents of your order at the time of delivery. You must note on the bill of lading along with your signature if the product arrived damaged. Failure to follow these steps could negate your freight claim.

Our shipping cartons are specially designed for the rigors of cross country shipping, which means that the chance of damage is minimal. If you do have a problem, we will diligently work with you until the problem is resolved.
